Is coaching in person or virtual?
Both. Most 1:1 coaching happens over video, so you can work with a coach from anywhere, including APAC time zones. Live workshops run in person in small rooms, with the next one in Covington, Kentucky on December 2, 2026.
I'm not technical. Will this help me?
Yes. Most of the people we coach are operators, managers and founders, not engineers. We start from the work on your plate this week and build from there.
Is my company's data safe?
We work on Claude's business and enterprise plans, whose terms say your data is not used to train models. Your coach will walk your team through the settings that matter before you share anything sensitive.
How is this different from an online course?
A course teaches general ideas. A coach works on your actual tasks, files and systems with you, so you leave with something that works the next morning.
