I work on the finance and operations side of AI adoption. I spent six years implementing IoT, software and cybersecurity solutions for Fortune 500 clients, starting in enterprise software sales at Rockwell Automation.

As COO at Growterra I built the operating and product backbone of a growing company: the processes, data foundations and financial discipline that let a small team punch above its weight. At Premier International I guided enterprise data services engagements, cleaning, migrating and governing the data that AI depends on.

I coach operators and finance teams to start with the operational reality, fix the data, and only then scale the automation. I also lead our live workshop in Covington, Kentucky.
