Pebl
Product vision, go-to-market and company direction from concept to open beta.
COACH"An AI rollout is a program, not a feature. Someone has to own the plan, the dates and the people."
I have led products, programs and partnerships for more than fifteen years. As CEO and co-founder of Pebl I set the product vision and go-to-market for an end-to-end encrypted platform and took it from concept to its July 2026 open beta.
Before that I was CMO of NABU, where I scaled a children's literacy program across more than ten countries and secured $4M in funding and partnerships with WhatsApp, Colgate and HP. I co-founded a B2B fintech platform later acquired by Guardian and then Fidelity, and I have advised more than 100 businesses, from early-stage companies to Sony, P&G and AT&T.
I coach product and program leaders on running an AI rollout like a real program: a plan with dates, weekly status the business can read, change control, and a team that knows what done looks like.
Work packages, owners and dates for the rollout, on one page the whole team can read.
A short weekly written status: done, next, risks and spend against plan.
Scope changes go through a note and a decision, not a hallway conversation.
Tell us the bottleneck in a short request. A person on our team reads it and matches you with the coach who fits it, over video or in person, usually within 48 hours.
