# Get My Claude Coach

> An independent network of senior practitioners who coach individuals, teams, and executives on serious practice with Claude and Claude Code. Not affiliated with Anthropic, PBC. Established 2026.

Get My Claude Coach is a matching service, not an agency or reseller. Requests are read by a person and matched with two or three vetted independent coaches, typically within 48 hours. We do not charge a marketplace fee. Engagements happen directly between the client and the coach.

## What we do

- **Coach track** for engineers, ops leads, and consultants adopting Claude in production.
- **Executive track** for VPs and founders making org-wide decisions about Claude.
- **CCCA training** — we are an independent training partner for the Certified Claude Code Architect credential, which is issued by Anthropic Academy through Skilljar.

## What we require of coaches

- At least two years of hands-on Claude / Claude Code practice.
- At least three years of software development experience.
- Evidence of shipped work, not just opinions.
- References from prior engagements.
- Acceptance of our non-affiliation and trademark policy.

## Locations

Coaches are US-based. In-person hubs: Austin TX, Charlotte NC, Dallas TX, Miami FL, Cincinnati OH. Remote engagements worldwide.
