1. Independence and non-affiliation
Get My Claude Coach is an independent network of practitioners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, partnered with, or otherwise connected to Anthropic, PBC. Nothing on this site should be read to suggest that Anthropic has reviewed, approved, or supports this network, its coaches, its workshops, or any engagement arranged through it.
2. Trademarks
Claude™ and Claude Code™ are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. All other product and company names mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. References to these trademarks on this site are made solely to describe independent practitioner experience with publicly available tools, under nominative fair use.
3. The CCCA credential
The Certified Claude Code Architect (CCCA) credential is issued by Anthropic Academy through Skilljar. We do not issue, score, administer, or guarantee the credential. We are one of several independent training partners that prepare practitioners for it. Any reference to CCCA on this site describes coursework and preparation we may offer; the credential itself is awarded by Skilljar after their own assessment, on terms set entirely by them.
4. Matching service only
Get My Claude Coach is a matching service. We introduce seekers to coaches. Every engagement is a direct relationship between the seeker and the coach. We are not a party to any engagement, do not hold escrow, do not process payment, do not supervise the work, and do not warrant any outcome. Coach rates, methodologies, case studies, endorsements, and other statements on coach profiles are self-reported by the coaches.
5. No professional advice
Content on this site is for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Coaching engagements are educational and advisory in nature. Engaging a coach does not establish any professional, fiduciary, or employment relationship with Get My Claude Coach.
6. No warranties
The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome will result from any engagement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get My Claude Coach and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or any engagement arranged through it.
8. Forms and email collection
Forms on this site (request a coach, apply to coach, newsletter, notify-me) submit the information you provide to our intake address at hugh@clustr.cc via Web3Forms, and to Buttondown for newsletter subscriptions where applicable. We use the information only to respond to your request, match you with coaches, evaluate applications, or send the newsletter you signed up for. We do not sell or rent your information. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hugh@clustr.cc.
9. Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage required for the site to function (for example, saving your in-progress coach application so a refresh does not wipe it). We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
10. Changes
We may update these terms and disclosures from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
